I agree with the Draft's statment that URNs are not meant to be human
readable. A URN's sole purpose should be as a "key" to track down an exact
piece of information. It should be left up to the provider of a URN to also
provide additional information that clues you in as to what the URN refers
to. I'm all for the creation of separate standards for specifying that kind
of information, because it IS very important. But let's not try to make
URNs provide an answer for a problem that they are not intended to solve.
