Hi,

is there a null url? I mean something that says that the file
is not available electronicly?

Background: I am developing NetEc, a bibliographical system for printed
and electronic working papers (wops) in Economics. To date I have about
20000 references to recent wops, and over 30 electronic papers. I wish
to use url/urn notation. For papers that do not exist electronicly,
could I say:

URL=<>

?
