I think the point is the consistancy issue. _We_ know that an item is a
URL if it doesn't explicitly have "URL:", but if we are expecting other
people to understand UR*s, any ambiguity over what they are looking at
when they see a URL written on an envelope would be aleviated by including
the "tag".
Is it worth changing existing URL code? I would tend to vote yes (of
course I haven't written any URL code:-)
