A month or so ago John Kunze posted an excellent set of points which
clarified some of the already gone over and agreed upon premises, on
which we are building UR*s
Since there was little disagreement with any of the points perhaps
John could post it again (do you still have a copy?) and we could
adopt it as a FAQ for this list. From some of the comments
from newcomers to the list I think its definately needed.
