I'm glad you thought of this. I think an FAQ could be really useful.
One problem: I remember significant disagreement (particularly from one
who shall remain unparaphrased) and discussion that needs to be resolved.
I'll resubmit the list today or tomorrow, annotated to reflect unresolved
issues. We can duke it out on the list, or go mano a mano down in Texas.
