Personally I see URN->URL mapping as being a subset of URN->URC
mapping, and should therefore be in the same potocol, and offered
by the same servers. I can think of at least a dozen
ways to do this, and am inclined to go for any simple protocol
that someone is offering code for, I'd hate a dozen of
us to have to write it seperately and then hope they interoperate.
