I just read over your message again, and you are really suggesting that
the "isoc.urn" DNS might return a URL for a server to look up the URN
at - and specify the protocol to do it with.
That would be a very bad move, because it would mean that ever client
would need to be able to speak every URN-resolution protocol just to
find out which URLs are available.
