There is nothing in the current draft that I recall that
would prevent multiple repeated attributes (I'll look it
over on the plane tomorrow to confirm that). The IAFA doc
allows for them and we planned from the start to support
IAFA so if something in the WHOIS++ doc indicates
otherwise, I'd call it a bug and suggest changing it.

As for supporting nested attributes, it's not clear to me
how you're planning to specify them, so I can't comment on
their feasibility in the current format but since the
output format for WHOIS++ is merely a delimiter for each
record, with a set of attribute/value pairs for each
record, it shouldn't be too hard to accomodate you. If you
need more, just let us know.
