The minutes are unclear on the rewriting of the draft, they state that Tim
would be asked to rewrite it, but I have a "To Do" item to rewrite it as
soon as I get all the bits from other people.
Tim are you willing to edit all the changes decided
at Houston into your draft? I'd be happy to do this, but I dont have
postscript editing capability, so the document would become ascii if I do
it.
