Subject: where are we?
I've read lots of mail about URLs, URNs and URIs. I
must confess I pretty lost.
Could someone write a shortish note summarizing
where we are with all this, including the
Houston meeting? I understand there are several
controversal issues yet to be resolved. A brief
summary of those might be helpful too.
