I don't see why not. I wouldn't encourange it since there are better
ways of doing what they would be useful for. I don't think any
restrictions should be made on what information can or can not be in
a URC.
By a URC containing a URC I would guess you are trying to show
sometype of relationship between the two seperate resources?
