No xanadu URLs:
I don't see any particular value in propagating 'xanadu:' URLs outside
of xanadu. If someone wants to make xanadu available to the internet,
why not make a gateway and let the rest of the world use 'http:'.
No xanadu URNs:
If Xanadu doesn't need global names, why impose them? Why not just
assign a URN the first time something from xanadu is published to the
Internet?
Just because you COULD assign URNs for everything doesn't mean you
SHOULD.
