If this is to go in, I think I would prefer to see it as a "comment"
field, which browsers could render to provide the user with extra info,
e.g. telnet://netfind@bruno.cs.colorado.edu/NB%20No%20password%20required

If this isn't good enough for everyone, I suppose space could be reserved
in the URL for a suitable Universal Scripting Language (to be defined :-)

These mailserver/extended-mailto and extended telnet URLs are paperware,
though, aren't they? Perhaps this should put them outside the scope of
the URL document ??
