Excuse my ignorance. I guess it all depends on whether you want this
URL to be useable outside the context of HTML (2.0) or not. I presume you
are aiming for the former. One question remains though, will it be
used (a lot) outside the context of HTML? Since in HTML, people will
most likely prefer the syntax similar to what my example described.
