I've been reminded that in fact this will be released as draft 05, not
06, as what I had been calling draft 05 never went through the
internet draft editor. Hopefully that will be moot when this becomes
a proposed standard.
The diffs are minimal: change of version number, release date, say
that Prospero is 'described' rather than 'defined', remove an
extraneous "an", and fixing the left margin in the references, causing
some changes in justification.
