Not to stomp on anyone, but I do want to point out that there are a
number of other discussion lists and forums for general philisophical
discussions of 'world-wide web' vs 'information architecture'. Please,
if you make comments of such a nature, take the time to explicitly
address how your comments are relevant to the tasks of this working
group. I'd presumed that Michael Mealing was asking his philosophical
question in the context of 'requirements for URCs', but I'm starting
to lose the thread.
