and further have stated your policy position on document changes; both
quite clearly.
We disagree on some technical points, which I suppose we could continue
to discuss. However, your policy on changes to the document
prevents anything from being elaborated on. Since this is main focus of
my comments and offer to assist, it would seem that further discussion
would be moot.
