On behalf of Tar Heel Information Services (UK) ltd, I would like to second the
call for a delay on the URN requirements. We too have a secret plan to end the
URN war. Unfortunately we cannot make this plan openly available over the
Internet. However, if you send a banker's cheque for just 40 british pounds
to our Channel Islands address, you could recieve a copy of this secret plan
of your very own.
