I agree that we should boycott OSF when the technology does not suit our
needs. However, I think the reason behind OSF's stand is closer to:

"Do not attribute to malice what can be adequately explained by stupidity."

(or ignorance, in this case). Without a realization that you *could* post
this stuff out on the Internet, a $70 charge seems pretty reasonable. If
they persist on this issue, we can probably safely ignore OSF, as they will
have little influence on the future direction of naming schemes.
