The IESG finds that the "Recommendation for URLs in Context is quite
annoying. Either the URL is recognizable, or the string URL:
is going to be minimal help. This is compounded when one observes that
that requirements document (uri-irl-fun-req) explicitly says that
irl's do not need to be recognizable in free ascii text.

(This wont surprise you I think :-)

Also the comment was made that the document would benefit from examples. (I
support that).
