larry,
Please consider moving URL issues to the END of the meeting, For the last
several IETFs we have had agendas that look like this, but then the URL
stuff ends up taking all of both meetings with URNs and URCs getting
squashed into around 30mins total.
If not, then we need a firm commitment that the second meeting will start
off with URN issues, and will not be bumped for stuff that was not got to
during the first meeting.
