I'd like some volunteer(s) to take minutes for the URI working group.
I thought I'd try to arrange this in advance, rather than wait until
the meeting. If you're going to be there and are willing to take
minutes, please let me know. I'm willing to try to combine the notes
if we have multiple notetakers.

Minutes for the 31st IETF proceedings must be submitted in ASCII form by
Friday, December 23 to:

minutes@cnri.reston.va.us

1. Do not submit minutes in PostScript or hard copy form.

2. A reasonable maximum length for a set of minutes is 6 pages of text.
Minutes should provide a thorough summary of the issues discussed during
the working group/BOF sessions. They should not follow a "Mortimer said,"
then "Agnes said," then "Duane said," format, nor should they contain a
detailed list of changes to a document. While these forms may be helpful
to the folks who actually attend the sessions, they are less helpful to
those who have a more general interest in the groups' activities.

3. The minutes must contain complete sentences, not phrases; outlines are
NOT acceptable.
