I'm not releasing a new(er) version of my URC specification paper before
San Jose because I want to talk about some of the issues and get some
concensus on them before I do a rewrite. Expect a new version a few
weeks after the meeting (or even during, who knows..)
I have also setup a new URC, URN, whois++ software archive at
<URL:ftp://ftp.gatech.edu/pub/www/whois> that has my cern httpd that
does URN->URL resolution and caching by name. New things should be appearing
there shortly.....
